Human Resource Development Society in a nongovernmental organization, which was established in the year 1999 by a committed people of the society who wants to work for the welfare of the society. The society has registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide registration no. RS/NG254 D/212 of 1998-1999, Dated: 06/01/1999.

Human Resource Development Society in a non profit making, non-governmental, non sectarian and non-political organization. The society was established with an aim to work for the development of the society without discrimination of any caste, creed and religion. Since its inception it has been working with vulnerable people for development of the socio economic backwardness and advocating health, education & income generating activities.

Since inception Human Resource Development Society has been working for the welfare of downtrodden people of the society in the domain of health education and income generating activities. The Society has implemented various programme and activities from its own resources of the organization along with the cooperation of the local community and donation from the well wisher of the organization.
Human Resource Development Society has committee team comprising of experts with experience in the field of Health Arts, culture, sports, skill training, project planning and in the social development sector.

Human Resource Development Society aims to innovate & demonstrate replicable & Cost effective unorthodox strategies which facilitates participatory development processes leading to community empowerment.

Human Resource Development Society envisions creating an enabling environment of equal opportunities and access to information development alternatives encouraging communities, especially the poor and marginalized to take informed decisions.
